So, I have faced the problem of
putting PowerPoint application
online. It seems that
it's easy, but there a number of issues... I wish
someone could help me with this. I've finally find
out how to do things I need and I share my
experience below. Also, I guess you want to ask
about
killer presentation design and it's really fun
and easy. More over, I give some advice, for
instance how to get a
feedback
from presentation, generating
leads
with presentation and I do
give out some freeware tools, which will help to
improve presentation
timing. What about general presentation
efficiency? I'd recommend to have a look at
presentation performance metrics product and
articles.

First, I think that you know that PowerPoint has
an built-in possibility to create web
PowerPoint presentation. But it lacks some
features, for instance, it involved some
scripting, which is a real headache when you
need to share this presentation or modify it or
something. |

The question is how to create a web-friendly
presentation. Google search showed than I should
convert it to web-standard "flash" (swf) format.
OK, then how to convert PowerPoint
presentation to SWF format? |

Must have tools for
PowerPoint

FlashSping brings
presentation Online It was not hard to
find a "pro" version of
FlashSpring. Priced a little bit expensive (199$) but I
will never choose something else, because with this nice
looking tool I'm saving a lot of time, it doesn't make me
doing anything else, but open presentation and click
convert.

This is how FlashSpring looks like. After
installation it's panel was installed into the
PowerPoint.
So how to make it running? Click "Publish" button. Change
some parameters, if you need to. And click convert button.

Some up today
presentation tools suggested by Google: |
|
|
| |
|
You can select what slides to include in resulted file,
you can create an executable file and include playback
controls. More over, if you have an animation at each slide,
then you can create a separate clip for every slide.
Click "Options" button to change some settings related to
video and sound quality.

FlashSpring Professional is a very pleasant
experience. It was easy to convert presentation
into flash file and to put it online. It saved
me hours and it worth paying for.
P.S. I've tried a number of other
tools. Always I had a problems with equality -
bad quality of resulted video or audio, problems
with compatibilities with some flash players. |
The trial version is available for
download. I'm sure you will like this
software, but it will not actually design your
presentation, so I have wrote some articles to help you
with this, check:
Have a good presentation!
